By accessing or using LetGo ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.
2. Description of Service
LetGo is a personal wellness application designed to help users explore and process their emotions through journaling, breathing exercises, and self-reflection tools. The App is intended for personal, non-commercial use only.
3. User Responsibilities
- You must be at least 13 years old to use this App.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any data stored on your device.
- You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
- You understand that LetGo is not a substitute for professional mental health care, therapy, or medical advice.
4. Mental Health Disclaimer
Important: LetGo is a wellness tool designed to support emotional awareness and self-reflection. It is NOT a replacement for professional mental health services.

- The App does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

5. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of the App (including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software) are owned by LetGo and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
6. User Content
Any content you create within the App (journal entries, reflections, etc.) remains yours. Since all user content is stored locally on your device, we have no access to it and make no claims to ownership.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- LetGo is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
- Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App (if any).
8. Modifications to Service
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App at any time without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes through the App or by other means. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
